Universal'S Hard Rock Hotel Orlando

Everything was good, loved our really amazing stay. The breakfast had a marvellous buffet option. We had early check-in on arrival.

It was a stylish place, had professional staff who also helped enquire about an item we thought we had left in the room after check-out.

Location and amenities are perfect, I appreciated comfy bed. Set close enough to park, Universal Studios, ferry dock in the fantastic area. The bar is superb.

A lovely property, immaculately clean, perfect location for Orlando as it's so close to the parks. International Drive district definitely deserves your time and attention.

The breakfast was amazing, the pool was amazing, the beds were very comfy. The room was perfect and excellent, included huge bathroom.

The staff was extremely friendly, the accommodation was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. The food was outstanding, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was the best of Orlando hotels I visited before.

such an absolutely amazing experience. location and amenities were nice, we thoroughly enjoyed that everything was good. it took us 28 minutes to drive to this lovely accommodation from the airport. appetising cuisine.

Stylish accommodation with stunning setting not far from parks and Universal Studios and restaurant. The staff were lovely and always had a smile. I loved that the food for breakfast was great.

The location was ideal and the view was magnificent, the service was good! The staff were welcoming and took care of us. The building itself was really nice with a lovely garden.

Had very good stay overall, JOYFUL place and the weather was lovely. Stayed in beautiful standard queen room with comfy beds. The pool area was clean too.

All in all an absolutely amazing hotel and wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the bed was spacious. Everything was great and within 28 minutes' drive of Orlando International airport. Our room, including a huge bathroom, was immaculate, and excellent. The food was fabulous, especially a continental breakfast. The service was incredible, always with a smile.

Fantastic breakfast, convenient location and magnificent views. The units are super, super. Perfectly clean and absolutely brilliant hotel in Universal Orlando Resort district. The airport is 25 km away. Excellent service an a poolside restaurant onsite.

The breakfast was INCREDIBLE, great service, lovely staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. Pool was nice and there was a good restaurant on site.

Fantastic base for exploring Orlando. We appreciated to be here, its service and food. We ate at the poolside restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Our queen room was decorated in the comfortable design.

Best resort we have stayed in. Great property, good sized room, plus the location is convenient. On-site restaurant Beachclub was a bonus, had dinner there.
